Hello,

We have noted slow performance when transferring files TO and FROM our cloud storage provider from our servers in various datacenters. Last night, we saw 50% failures connecting to the service but now it is working; just very slowly. Things are taking 400% longer to download or transfer.

In contrast, we bought some new servers with a different hosting company and found that those servers can connect fine and transfers fast. We have opened a ticket with both our cloud provider (no response yet) and our primary datacenter hosting company. Our primary datacenter claims that it is not their problem, even though there are no issues with the new datacenter company.

We are hoping this issue will clear up on its own shortly OR that someone will take responsibility and get it fixed. I just wanted everyone to know that we are aware and that performance is slow, system-wide. It isn't just you.
