Late last year, we had reports of difficulty finding specific domains and error messages using the "Thumbnail History" area.

These issues have finally been corrected for all users. Sorry for the delay!

I also went ahead and added, by default, the ability to filter by "errors" and "queued" items for all users --even FREE users. Hopefully this will be more helpful in finding requests that you or others have made and be better able to manage those requests.
