This update addresses an on-going and very difficult to identify issue that was causing "Account Problem" to occur intermittently when using the "Free" PVP method.

It was finally discovered (03/13) that this was being caused by a browser caching issue. Overcoming that was a matter of using a timestamp querystring so that the browser would never cache the pagepix.js script (since it changes often for security reasons).

Here is a sample PHP update that will prevent caching pagepix.js:

And here is a sample "Smarty Template" update to prevent caching of pagepix.js:

There is currently no fix available for static HTML pages, but we will be researching options.
