I'll try to contact the people who are in charge of the root DNS servers for .hr because this seems to be a matter of thousands of domains 
Still one issue remains with STW. No mater what domain I request with redo=1 I get a success response in XML although in most cases I there's no success 
Is this by design or?
No, the "Success" even on fail was an oversight (mentioned in a previous post in this thread) and I have corrected that (verified by testing).
Are you still seeing "Success" for failed domains? If so, can you provide an example. I used math.hr and bug.hr in my testing and they both returned "False" now.

I have two feature requests:
a non-essential-geeky one API call that would return the number of thumbs that are currently in queue on STW servers
a more useful one - return the thumbnail creation timestamp in XML

This is a good idea but we are not going to put any new features in place (that require re-testing) for at least a week or two after going live yesterday.
I would also need some more justification on WHY we should implement this.

This is also a good idea and there is a timestamp in the doc generation tag, but I think it would be helpful to add an easier to use unix timestamp by itself in the XML return.

Just in case there is no problem with your countries registry, I have pro-actively opened a ticket with our dedicated server providers.
Their initial response is that there is a routing issue affecting a few domains in regards to email so far. They are conducting a deeper investigation to see if this is also the cause for so many .hr domain failures that affects the thumbnail service.
I will update here once I know more.

I isolated 5500 domains that are marked as invalid on STW but alive when checked trough MediaTemple (El Segundo, CA) servers and local Croatian servers.
I'm sending random 50 in order to aid the debugging process. If necessary I'll send all 5k.

We have a temporary work-around in place that seems to be helping.
As a test, I re-captured croatiamodel.hr and it worked as expected.
If you have an easy way to refresh those 5500, then you might want to submit those now. They may all work this time. You can queue them all at once, if you like. That would be best for us.

Quick Note: A bunch of these domains are still going to be marked as invalid based on:
*Could be our DNS or that of the website itself... still testing on our side
I saw the generators re-trying a good many domains for those various reasons.
