Too many Romanian (.ro) domains have popups. We are working to eliminate popups but will not be ready for awhile. In the meantime, I am having to suspend your account from requesting NEW images.

Please do not try to re-queue any new domains until we have stopped popups from being a problem.

A friend of mine translated this into Romanian for me in case you do not read English:

Foarte multe domenii romanesti (.ro) au popups. Incercam sa le eliminam, dar aceasta va lua ceva timp. Intre timp trebuie sa va suspend contul de la a cere NOI imagini.

Va rog sa nu incercati sa introduceti noi domenii pana oprim aceasta problema a popup-urilor.

I just wanted to let you know that I have reset your account to allow new thumbnail requests. This may be permanent or temporary depending upon how our new code works at blocking popups.

Yes, of course I speak Romanian I think it's a great feature which will ease the access for many Romanians who don't speak English, but I can tell you... almost any Romanian webmaster understand English to some degree.

Anyway, I salute your initiative, it's a very useful option.

I told Alexa Thumbnails when they wanted to start charging so much that if they didn't lower their pricing model, I would start my own company and put them out of business. It's Amazon.com, so they didn't take me seriously. So now, I'm having to give it my all to make that happen. lol

Really, though, that's only a small part of the reason. Mostly, I have a vision of providing useful and affordable (or even FREE when possible) webmaster services that are currently unavailable or overpriced.
