You have right, maybe it is probably browser problem, because on GoogleChrome images are showing fine, but after clear cash and history on Firefox and restart browser I still can't see pictures, but after Your comment I'm sure that is not system problem.

thanks

p.s.
After checking other browser I can tell that somthing still is wrong...
Only on Google Chrome I can see images. Clearing history and cash doeasn't work.

Using this address for example:
http://images.shrinktheweb.com/xino.php?stwembed=1&stwaccesskeyid=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&stwsize=xlg&stwurl=http://gerafik.pl
only on Google Chrome I can see images corectly in others there is only white screen.
What can be wrong? My computer or shrinktheweb? How can I check it?

I am not sure what I need to do. I changed the url to include the /hub that is at the end of my primary but the thumbnails are still not being generated for my new entries.

Hello,

With all of the support that Frank and I have been dealing with, it didn't occur to me until just now that WP-Portfolio and JV-Extensions (and probably a host of other plugins) are actually not "embedding" images but are caching locally. So that means you fall in to the "via a script" category and need to put your server's IP address.

In your case, I have done this for you and it is working now.

For others, I will update the "Lock to Account FAQ" to mention that most 3rd-party scripts use caching and that means we need the server IP.

I thought I was going crazy. Everything looked good, but things were still broken. I added the server IP (not my site IP) and that cleared things up. Thanks for posting that!

I am free user using WP Portfolio and am affected by this new Lock to Account feature. My configuration seems correct but maybe it is because my WP install is on a subdomain?

blog.lodgix.com
www.blog.lodgix.com

are in the referrers section

I see my most recent request in the logs, but it's denoted as being affected by the lock to account feature as just displays the "queued" message. I would upgrade, but I am not sure that will solve this issue, except that maybe it will allow me to turn off lock to account? Smile Is this a WP Portfolio issue or a "me" issue?

Thanks!

The previous answer also applies. I have added your server's IP into the "Allowed Referrers" list.

Thanks for adding my server IP to the allowed referrers list (I am using WP Portfolio), however my most recent thumbnails are still not showing and in the logs it displays this error:

Lock to account: domain or IP not listed

I am grappling with upgrading to turn off the lock to account feature to get it running, but I don't really need the premium services so I thought I'd ask if anyone had any other suggestions?

My allowed referrer list looks like this:

blog.lodgix.com
www.blog.lodgix.com
67.228.116.228

and you can see the thumbnail being queued here:

I don't use a caching application. Must be something in the referrer list that needs adding?

thanks!

my developer says that this IP: 75.126.98.245 is the correct IP that needs to be added, since I can't seem to add it, can you? thanks!

Hi Lodgix,

1. Please do not upgrade just because of the "Lock to Account", as it is really recommended for PRO users also and it wasn't our intention to have people upgrade just to avoid it.

2. I have added that IP to your list. Please try your request again.

3. Why were you unable to add the IP to the list?

Thanks,

Brandon
