Pro Service Question

Hello! I signed up for 2 of the pro features on Friday and they are still not working for me. Is that because my account has not been updated or do I need additional support for these problems?

I just checked your account and all looks good. You have activated inside pages and refresh on-demand.

It could be a usage issue, so to save time, I'm posting a link to our PRO features usage guide:

If that does not solve your issue, then please do forward us more information including a sample request that does not work for you. We'll look into and update you quickly.
