Hello,

Please provide a sample URL that shows the message.

In general, this is caused on new accounts by:

  • Incorrect Access Key
  • Incorrect Secret Key
  • Paused URL/domain
  • Inactive account

I just signed up for a free account too...am in the middle of developing my site at

It was working fine, but now all of a sudden getting I am getting the message telling me I have to Upgrade to Pro.

Hi Michelle,

Invoking any PRO Feature that you have not subscribed to will result in the system message "Upgrade to PRO".

After looking at your site it appears that you are using the &full=1 parameter. This is only available to PRO users that have signed up for the Full Page Capture PRO Feature or the ALL PRO Feature package, hence the message "Upgrade to PRO".

I am getting the message "thumbnnail over limit"
have entered my secret key in required field.

I am using JV-LinkDirectory.

Can you please explain what I need to change and where.

It's probably because of this: Lock to Account

I have added your server's IP to the "Allowed Referrers" list.

Forgive me, I have read the FAQs and I am still confused. Am I to understand that I can't add another website without upgrading? Also, my main website has no images showing whatsoever and I don't seem to be anywhere near the limit. Thank you.

When I go to your site I see pagepix there. You may need to clear your browser cache. You can add as many sites as you like, however if you are using the Advanced API you will have to specify your server IP address.

Please note that in the near future free users will not have access to the Advanced API and will be required to use the new javascript request method as documented here:
