Older thumbs re-queued

Hello! I know you are undergoing a server migration, but I wanted to let you know that all of my older thumbs are no longer working and are showing the "thumbnail queued" thumb. For example, http://www.shrinktheweb.com/xino.php?embed=1&stwu=[secretkey]&STWAccessKeyId=[accesskey]&Size=&stwUrl=http%3A%2F%2Feliza-bennett.com%2F was originally created on Jan. 24 and http://www.shrinktheweb.com/xino.php?embed=1&stwu=[secretkey]&STWAccessKeyId=[accesskey]&Size=&stwUrl=http%3A%2F%2Femilybluntfans.com was created yesterday.

Is this due to the migration? Or is something else going on?

Yes, we sent out notice yesterday that once migrated, we would be running a full refresh. This is necessary because the migration of terabytes of data was taking too long, so instead, it was necessary to re-capture roughly a million screenshot requests.

Do you know when these thumbs will start to be regenerated? I have a paid account.

Our servers are working to get to older thumbnail requests as fast as possible. However, we were refreshing more than a million "old" thumbnails while still keeping up with a million new requests also.

This migration and the full refresh is not a typical scenario for us, but it was necessary to keep up with the incredible demand.

All of the older requests will be refreshed within 7 days and faster than that, we expect, once we optimize the new servers.

By the way, I edited out your [secretkey] and [accesskey] from your original post examples. It is best to PM those kinds of full links to us instead.

Some unscrupulous people try to steal bandwidth by using other people's credentials and that sometimes causes an inconvenience until reported, at which point we permanently ban the offending website.
