How do I refresh a screenshot with a Flash Delay?

Eg:
http://www.sonyclassics.com/awomanagunandanoodleshop/
HTTP/1.1 200 OK | View XML, Direct Link
When: Sep 03, 2010 - 14:43:36
Wait: 38 secs · Took: 13 secs, (Flash Delay: 0), Size: 18|9|4|3|3|2|

Note that Flash Delay in the example above is set to 0, so even if I refresh I don't get it.

I *have* purchased the Custom Delay feature.

I believe my original api request included the flash delay param. (Is there a way to see my original request info?) But even if it didn't, the fact remains that I need to create a screenshot for this url (and others) that uses the flash delay. Help please. Thanks.

Hi ldm616,

Did you follow the instructions in the PRO features guide? You can download that from here:
http://www.shrinktheweb.com/content/shrinktheweb-pagepix-documentation.html

Basically, you should be using stwdelay=X where X is the number of seconds (after the page finishes loading) to wait before capture.

There is currently no way to see the requests that you are making aside from deduction. Logging that would require a lot of additional resources on our part.

Best regards,

Brandon

Hi Brandon,
Yes I believe I am using stwdelay=X. At least that's what's coded. I will log the request on our end and make sure it's being passed.

So, assuming I am passing the stwdelay variable, should I always see that delay on my Thumbnail History page?

Is there no way to refresh with flash delay unless the original request included the delay?

Thanks.

Hi ldm616,

If you combine refresh and delay, it will (should) update for the re-capture.

&stwredo=1&stwdelay=15

If that is what you are doing and it doesn't seem to be working, let us know and we'll investigate. It was working as of the last full testing and no one else has reported it.
