What does this mean? How can I solve it?

I have the same problem but i have refreshed manualy and second RENDER_ENGINE_HUNG has come

That would suggest a DNS issue, web server configuration issue, or maybe something we should put on the investigate list.
If you see no issues with the URL, you will need to report the specific URL. We will take a look when we get a chance.

That site is not working, at least not from the United States.
The owner of the site will need to check its DNS and web server configuration.

I have checked this site before i write here and all is fine in poland even naw.
So this is is not our problem like you said

The point I was trying to make is that it is not "our" problem. If it works in Poland, then there is a routing issue between Poland and the USA, and that is not something that we can do anything about. You will need to contact your upstream host provider and see what they can do.
Unless it can be reached from the US, we cannot capture it.

I wrote for red that domain is "blocked" for service provider.
If this will be a problem for this domain user they will try to do something with it.
